Stress can put a heavy weight on to our ability to truly enjoy the holiday season. But there is a special secret weapon we can use to lift that weight and make the holidays soar.
Remember each day to have some fun and laugh out loud. Watch a funny movie together, make jokes while baking cookies, giggle while wrapping gifts, or ( my particular favorite) listen to classic BIll Cosby recordings while driving to the mall.
Whatever you choose, be sure to laugh, a lot.
A little laughter every day helps make things less overwhelming, releases calming chemicals into your body, and will make the stress melt away.
